At Coffee Crate, every bag is roasted fresh with care. We’re committed to getting your order out quickly so you can enjoy the freshest coffee delivered right to your door.

Order Processing

  • Orders usually ship within one to three business days after being placed. This is our usual estimate from order to shipment, not a guaranteed dispatch time.

  • We roast in small batches to ensure your coffee is always fresh.

Carrier Transit

Carrier transit time is additional to order preparation and begins after your order ships. Available services and estimated delivery speeds are shown at checkout; an estimated delivery date is not a guaranteed arrival date.

  • Shipping options and delivery speeds are available at checkout.

  • A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
