At Coffee Crate, every bag is roasted fresh with care. We’re committed to getting your order out quickly so you can enjoy the freshest coffee delivered right to your door.

Order Processing

• Orders are roasted and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after being placed.

• Orders placed after 4 PM CST will begin processing the following business day.

• We roast in small batches to ensure your coffee is always fresh.

Processing Schedule

• Orders are roasted and shipped Monday through Saturday.

• We do not roast or ship on Sundays or U.S. holidays.

Shipping Options

• Shipping options and delivery speeds are available at checkout.

• A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
