How much does the Coffee Crate cart cost?
The starter event is $500 for 49 guests or fewer and 90 minutes of drink service. It includes unlimited drinks during that service window, with five drink options total, including two specialty coffee drinks, and a choice of three syrup flavors. Other packages start at $750. Are drinks unlimited?
Yes. Every package includes unlimited made-to-order drinks during your reserved service period for your contracted guest count. The starter event includes 90 minutes of drink service; setup and breakdown are separate.
What drinks are included?
The event menu has five drink options total, including two specialty coffee drinks, with a choice of three syrup flavors. We discuss your preferred milk types individually while planning your event. Tell us what you have in mind so we can confirm your menu before booking.
How many guests can you serve?
Our standard packages are designed for gatherings of up to 150 guests, with staffing sized to your guest count and event flow. Larger events can be planned individually.
What does the venue need to provide?
Not much. We typically need a level area for the cart, appropriate electrical access, and a clear route for setup. For outdoor events or venues with unique access requirements, we will confirm the details with you ahead of time.
How far will you travel?
Local travel is included. Longer-distance travel is discussed and quoted for your event before booking.
How far in advance should we book?
As early as possible, especially for weddings, holiday parties, and weekend dates. If your event is coming up soon, reach out and we will check availability for your date.
Can you customize the experience?
Yes. Signature drinks, custom menus, branded cups, and cart branding can all be built into your Coffee Crate experience. Tell us what you have in mind in the quote form.
Can we taste the coffee before booking?
Yes, and it is the easiest tasting you will ever schedule. The cart pours the same beans we sell in our shop. Order a bag of Rise & Shine or Resurrection Espresso and you can brew your event coffee at home.
