How much does the Coffee Crate cart cost?
Event packages start at $750. Final pricing depends on guest count, service time, location, staffing, and customization. Send us your event details and we will provide a clear quote before you book.
Are drinks unlimited?
Yes. Our hosted event packages include unlimited made-to-order drinks during your reserved service period for your contracted guest count.
What drinks are included?
Our standard menu features espresso favorites including lattes, cappuccinos, Americanos, and mochas, hot and iced, with whole milk and oat milk included. Signature drinks, matcha, chai, and cold brew can be added to your event.
How many guests can you serve?
Our standard packages are designed for gatherings of up to 150 guests, with staffing sized to your guest count and event flow. Larger events can be planned individually.
What does the venue need to provide?
Not much. We typically need a level area for the cart, appropriate electrical access, and a clear route for setup. For outdoor events or venues with unique access requirements, we will confirm the details with you ahead of time.
How far will you travel?
We serve events throughout our primary Chicagoland service area, and travel within it is included with most packages. Extended travel, parking, tolls, or unique venue requirements may affect the final quote. We will confirm everything before you book.
How far in advance should we book?
As early as possible, especially for weddings and weekend dates. If your event is coming up soon, reach out and we will check availability for your date.
Can you customize the experience?
Yes. Signature drinks, custom menus, branded cups, and cart branding can all be built into your Coffee Crate experience. Tell us what you have in mind in the quote form.
Can we taste the coffee before booking?
Yes, and it is the easiest tasting you will ever schedule. The cart pours the same beans we sell in our shop. Order a bag of Rise & Shine or Resurrection Espresso and you can taste your event coffee this week.
