Choose your coffee, pick a 12 oz or 5 lb bag, and check out like normal. If you are approved for B2B pricing, sign in first so your catalog pricing appears.

How fast do you ship?

Your coffee is roasted to order and usually ships within one to three business days. Carrier transit time is additional; this is a shipment estimate, not a delivery guarantee. We email tracking when your order ships. See our Shipping Policy for details.

How fresh is the coffee?

Do you sell ground coffee?

Yes. Choose whole bean or the Grind option for your brewer on the coffee product page before adding your bag. If you need help choosing, send us a note.

What is the best way to brew Coffee Crate coffee?

Use fresh water, grind right before brewing when possible, and match your grind size to your brew method. Our How to Brew page and brew guides give simple starting points for drip, pour over, French press, espresso, and cold brew.

How do subscriptions work?

Subscriptions keep fresh coffee on hand automatically. You choose the coffee and delivery schedule, and you can skip, adjust, or cancel anytime from your account.

Do you offer wholesale or partnerships?

Can you bring the coffee cart to our event?
