The planned rate is 1 point per eligible $1 spent on one-time purchases. Purchase points are awarded after payment and rounded down to whole points.

Will earned rewards work with sales and discounts?
That’s what we’re preparing: earned rewards that work alongside eligible sales and discounts. Program details are being finalized; existing coupons keep their stated terms. Contact our team before redeeming if you have a question. Checkout shows accepted offers and final charges.
Do earned reward coupons expire?
Earned reward coupons have no expiry. Previously issued coupons keep their own stated terms.
Can I use a reward on a subscription?
The $5 reward is for eligible one-time purchases only. It does not apply to subscription purchases. Review the coupon terms before redeeming points.
How will I use a coupon?
Open the rewards panel while signed in to your member account, review the reward’s terms and choose whether to redeem. The reward coupon is added to your cart automatically. Applying the coupon takes you to the cart page. Review the accepted discount and final total before checkout. Each coupon belongs to the redeeming member and can be used once.
What happens after a cancellation or refund?
Purchase points are removed when the qualifying order is canceled or refunded, including a partial refund. Points spent on a redeemed reward are returned for a canceled or fully refunded order under the program rules. For a question about a partial refund or your balance, contact our team.
Where will I see my points and coupons?
Sign in to your Coffee Crate account and open the rewards panel to see your balance, available coupons and activity. For help with existing points or coupons, contact our team. Your shopping account and Brew Labs’ browser-local saved brews are separate.
