Offer, Discount & Subscription Terms

Last updated 18 October 2026. These terms apply to every promotional price, discount code and subscription offer shown on coffeecrate.us.

The short version. Eligible earned Rewards coupons can combine with a sale when both offers allow it. WELCOME10 and other promotional codes have their own limits. Check each offer’s terms and the savings accepted at checkout before paying. Previously issued coupons keep their stated terms. Eligible free Standard shipping is separate; review the available services and final shipping charge at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.

How discounts combine

Coffee Crate offers automatic discounts that apply on their own, such as a site-wide sale, and discount codes, such as WELCOME10, earned Rewards coupons and creator codes. Eligible free Standard shipping is a separate delivery rate.

Earned Rewards can work with eligible offers. An earned Rewards coupon can combine with an eligible sale or discount when both offers allow that combination. Check the coupon’s terms and the savings accepted at checkout. Previously issued coupons keep their stated terms.
Promotional codes keep their own limits. WELCOME10 does not combine with a site-wide sale or another product or order discount. Creator and other promotional codes follow their own terms. Entering a code can replace another offer; compare the accepted savings before placing your order.
Free shipping is separate. Eligible free Standard shipping at $55 or more can apply alongside a sale or a code. Separate shipping codes have their own eligibility; review shipping discounts and final charges at checkout.
Subscription savings are not a code. The 10% subscribe-and-save price is built into the subscription price, so it is not affected by these stacking rules, but discount codes generally do not apply to subscription products.

Fall Sale: 15% off

Our Fall Sale takes 15% off eligible one-time purchases and is applied automatically at checkout. No code is needed. It runs through 25 November 2026, 11:59pm Central Time. Subscriptions are excluded and have their own price. Eligible earned Rewards coupons can combine when both offers allow it. WELCOME10 does not combine with this sale; creator and other promotional codes follow their own terms. It does not apply to wholesale or partner pricing, gift cards, or the Coffee Cart and events bookings. We may end or change a sale at any time, but a change never affects an order you have already placed.

WELCOME10: 10% off your first order

Signing up for our email list gets you the code WELCOME10 for 10% off. It is limited to one use per customer, is intended for a first order, and cannot be combined with a site-wide sale or another product or order discount. It does not apply to gift cards, wholesale or partner pricing, or Coffee Cart bookings. There is currently no expiry date, but we may retire or change the code at any time.

Free shipping at $55 or more

Eligible retail coffee orders shipping to a United States address qualify for free Standard shipping when the order subtotal is $55 or more. The $55 is measured on the merchandise subtotal after any discount is applied and before tax and shipping, so a discount code can move an order back under the threshold.

Available shipping methods, any shipping discounts and your final shipping charge are shown at checkout. Review them before placing your order.
Wholesale and partner buyers should review their shipping methods and final charge at checkout before ordering.
We do not currently ship outside the United States.

See our Shipping Policy for processing times, roasting schedule and tracking.

Subscribe & Save: this is a recurring charge

Coffee Crate subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Choosing Subscribe on a product page charges your payment method the subscription price plus tax and shipping when you place the order, then the subscription price shown for your plan, plus applicable tax and shipping, which can differ from the first order, on the schedule you picked, every week, every 2 weeks, or every month, until you cancel. There is no minimum number of deliveries and no end date.

The subscription price is 10% off the regular price, currently $17.54 per 12 oz bag against the regular $19.49 price. A separate one-time promotion may offer a lower price while it runs; it does not apply to subscription deliveries. If the subscription price ever changes, we will email you before the new price is charged.

Cancel, skip or reschedule anytime from your Coffee Crate account, from the link in any order confirmation email, or by emailing orders@coffeecrate.us. Make the change any time before your next charge and that delivery will not be charged or shipped. Cancelling stops all future charges. It does not refund a delivery that has already been charged and roasted.

Full details are in our Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy.

Rewards points and coupons

Coffee Crate Rewards points are a promotional courtesy, not stored value, and have no cash value. Points are earned on eligible order subtotals after discounts and are redeemed for discount codes. Eligible earned Rewards coupons can combine with offers when both offers allow it; previously issued coupons keep their stated terms. Regular-customer earning is still being prepared. See Rewards for current availability and help with existing points or coupons. Point values, reward tiers and the program itself can change or end at any time. We will not reduce a coupon you have already generated. Points may be forfeited if an account is closed or if we find abuse of the program.

Creator and affiliate codes

If you have a code from a Coffee Crate creator or affiliate, check the terms shared with that code for its value, eligible purchases, expiry and combination rules. Checkout confirms whether the code applies. A creator may earn a commission when you use their code. If you have a question about a code, email hello@coffeecrate.us.

Coffee Cart and events

Coffee Cart and event bookings are quoted separately, are not covered by storefront promotions, and are governed by the booking agreement you receive.

Errors, limits and changes

Prices and offers are subject to change without notice, and we may limit or refuse an order, including orders placed on the same account, payment card or shipping address, as set out in our Terms of Service. If a price or offer is displayed in error we will contact you before charging you, and you may cancel. Promotions are void where prohibited. Merchandise discounts apply to eligible merchandise; shipping offers apply only to eligible delivery charges. Checkout shows the accepted discounts, applicable taxes and final charges.
