Meet Resurrection Espresso: Built for Espresso, Loved Everywhere

Some coffees are named after places. Ours are named after promises. Resurrection Espresso carries the biggest one: every day is a fresh start, and renewal can be found in every pour.

What's in the Bag

Resurrection Espresso is a medium roast blend of 100% arabica beans from Guatemala and Costa Rica, both certified specialty grade and roasted fresh in small batches. We roast it medium on purpose: dark enough for rich body and crema, light enough to keep the origins' sweetness alive. Cheap espresso goes dark to hide flaws. Specialty grade beans have nothing to hide.

What It Tastes Like

Milk chocolate. Toasted nuts. Smooth, velvety, rich. As straight espresso it pulls a full-bodied shot with balanced crema and chocolate sweetness. In milk it really shows off, holding its flavor through a latte instead of disappearing into it.

How to Brew It

  • Espresso: 18g in, 36g out, 25 to 30 seconds. Dialing-in guide
  • Moka pot: rich stovetop concentrate, perfect for milk drinks. Guide
  • Drip: smooth and comforting with soft chocolate tones
  • Cold brew: chocolate sweetness, low acidity, gentle finish. Guide

Despite the name, it's not espresso-only. It's simply a coffee with enough sweetness and body to shine under pressure, which makes it delicious everywhere else too.
