## Subscriptions

- Subscriptions receive 10% off the regular price on every delivery. Seasonal one-time purchase offers are separate and can have a different price.
- Delivery frequencies: every week, every 2 weeks, or every month.
- Skip, adjust, or cancel any time before the next charge from the Coffee Crate account or the link in the order confirmation email.

## Returns and refunds

- Coffee is roasted to order and cannot be returned once shipped.
- If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or wrong in any way, contact Coffee Crate within 10 days of delivery and it gets fixed.
- Merchandise such as mugs and apparel can be returned within 10 days, unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Approval first, then a return label is provided.
- Gift cards and sale items are not returnable.
- Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 10 business days.

## Wholesale and partnerships

- Wholesale is open to churches, cafes, offices, retailers, hospitality, and events.
- 5 lb bulk bags have no minimum. The 12 oz minimum is 15 bags of each roast ordered.
- Approved partners sign in to see their pricing and are billed when the coffee ships.

## Coffee cart and events

- Mobile espresso cart for weddings, corporate events, church gatherings, and celebrations in the Chicago area.
- The starter event is $500 for 49 guests or fewer and 90 minutes of unlimited drink service, with setup and breakdown separate. Other packages start at $750. The event menu has five drink options total, including two specialty coffee drinks, with a choice of three syrup flavors. Preferred milk types are discussed during event planning. Local travel is included; longer-distance travel is discussed and quoted for your event before booking. See the Coffee Cart page for package details.
